Hi - I’m Karo.

I do websites and systems, but my job is basically this: take “something’s off and I don’t know what” and turn it into a clear plan.

I’m direct, I don’t do fluffy advice, and I won’t push you into working with me. If I can help, I’ll tell you what that would look like. If I can’t, I’ll be honest - and point you to someone who can.

If you’re feeling stuck, start with the diagnostic call. One sentence about the problem is enough.

What I optimise for

so you’re not guessing

Reliable enquiries

Validation, deliverability, analytics events

Clear structure

Consistent templates, sensible content model

Less admin

Booking + CRM + email + analytics wired together

Accessibility + performance

Semantic markup, keyboard + contrast checks

Performance diagnosis + fixes

Core Web Vitals, bottlenecks, fix order

Clean builds you can maintain

Modular sections, low-risk edits, fewer breakpoints

How I work

Direct and specific

I’ll tell you what’s broken, what’s messy, and what matters first.

Systems, not screens

I look at content, templates, forms, tracking, and admin flow.

Edge cases covered

Errors, mobile, odd content, accessibility - so quality doesn’t regress.

Measured changes

You’ll know what I’m changing, what I’m not, and why.

Choose a starting point:

1. Website & Systems Audit

Full assessment + written priorities (best when you need clarity).

If we start with a website & systems audit, the full audit fee is credited toward building or stabilisation.

or

2. Build / Stabilise

When you already know what you need done.

What happens next

3. Diagnose

Quick call + review of what’s fragile / what you’re trying to ship.

4. Agree scope + order

A short written plan: priorities, risks, and what I’m leaving alone.

5. Build or stabilise

Implement in a safe sequence - templates, content model, key journeys, integrations.

6. Test edge cases

Forms, tracking events, mobile, odd content, accessibility, performance.

7. Hand over cleanly

Notes, access, and “how to edit without breaking it”.

I’m a good fit when

I’m careful with people as well as systems - you’ll always know what’s happening, what I need from you, and what the next step is.

You want decisions explained: impact, risk, and what I’m leaving alone.

You’re open to fixing root causes, not just patching symptoms.

You want someone who treats your business like it’s important - and communicates like it is.

I may not be right for you when

If that’s you, I’ll still help you find the next step.

You need high-volume, fast-turn work.

You want me to say yes to everything.

You want changes pushed live without a rollback plan.
